In the Photos Tab on Dashboard v3, you can now add and remove photos for individual vehicles to ensure the relevant images are available when you export to advertising destinations.
To Add Photos to a individual vehicle, please complete the following steps:
Step 1: You can add photos via desktop. Choose from a Drag and Drop function or Click here to browse and select your photos.
Please note: Photos are required to be in JPG file format to import.
Step 2: Once the images are visible in the window, finalise your upload by selecting Add Uploaded Photos.
Step 3: If you wish to clear your selection prior to uploading, select Clear Uploaded Photos.
To Remove Photos to a individual vehicle, please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Select the Trash Can icon underneath the photo you would like to delete.
Step 2: If you wish to remove several images, repeat the process used in Step 1 to all the images you wish to delete. The images selected will become greyed out during this process.
Step 3: Select Save Changes.
You can store and view additional data on an individual vehicle in the Additional Data tab. Additional data allows you to store any key information that is specific to your dealership’s requirements.
To add a Additional Data item, please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Select the type of Additional data from the preconfigured list and select Add New.
Step 2: Each Additional Data type has been configured to capture relevant information for that type. Enter the required details and click Save Changes.
Step 3: All saved additional data related to the vehicle will appear in the Additional Data tab. You can Edit or Delete the data using the Action buttons to the right handside of each entry.
The inventory filters allow you to control what information you want to view based on the Inventory status.
We have added the All Advertised Inventory filter so you can quickly identify which vehicles are advertised online right now. All vehicles that are not sold, excluded or restricted, and are valid for export are displayed.
Simply click on the dropdown heading next to Displaying Inventory List for and select from the pre-configured filters. The presented data will immediately load the vehicles that match that filter.
