What’s new in Inventory Management on our new Dashboard in November?
On our Dashboard V3 in November, there has been a focus on the ongoing improvements and introduction of new features in the Photo Maintenance space.
In case you missed our previous release, follow this link to learn more about more photo improvements available under the Photos Tab, how you can now add and store PDFs and more!
In the Photos Tab, you can now perform the following actions using the Options Menu:
You can now resend your vehicle images to numerous website destinations, just at the click of the button. That’s right – you will no longer require the assistance of our Customer Experience Team to perform this action.
To resend your vehicle photos, please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Select Options and then select Resend Photos
Step 2: A confirmation screen will appear. You will need to select Send Photos.
Step 3: You have now successfully resent your vehicle images to website destinations!
Duplicate To / Duplicate From
Photos can be duplicated across from one stock number to another where the stock items are identical.
The Duplicate To feature is when a vehicle has photos and you want to copy across, whilst the Duplicate From feature is when a vehicle has 0 photo and want to another stock number.
To duplicate photos to and from a stock number, please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Use the search bar to search by make, model, stock number or rego. The list will update progressively as you search.
Step 2: Select the identical stock item and then Select All or select each individual photo you wish to duplicate
Step 3: Once you have selected all the images you wish to duplicate, select Duplicate. A confirmation will pop up at the top right-hand side of your screen.
Clear All Photos
If the incorrect photos are currently being displayed for a vehicle, this function is the best way to remove those images from the Dashboard and ensure website destinations follow suit.
To clear all vehicle photos for a particular listing, please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Select Options and then select Clear All Photos
After 24 hours, the placeholder will drop off so that you can identify it requires new photos.
